Camp O'The Pines

Sunday, two moms (Linda S. & Linda L.) and I took the boys to Pensacola to Camp O'The Pines.
Sam B., Conner S., Hudson M., Chase L., Thomas M. and Gil all signed up together. You check in Sunday night and they are finished on Friday. No phones to call, no TV and it is church sponsored.

These pictures are Gil and Chase in Cabin 4 (Bunk #1 for Gil) and the boys playing tetherball before we left.

I miss him already.

Getting Ready

Patronis Elementary was out for MLK Holiday, so Gil signed up for baseball camp at RL Turner Baseball.

He is so good....he said he didn't learn anything from the pros!

New Room

Last time Bob was here, we made over Gil's room. The walls were mauve because it was a guest room and there was white carpet on the floor.
We ripped it up and put down wood flooring and painted the wall "Haze" (kahki). We put up a baseball border and Gil helped with it all. Here is a small picture.
